IIS has helped me understand that performance is not just about physical training, but also about being mentally strong. The support from the sports psychology team helped me deal with self-doubt, pressure and difficult moments, and taught me to focus on small wins instead of chasing perfection. Having that support throughout my swimming journey has made a big difference. It has helped me become more confident, understand myself better and stay focused on competing at my best.

IIS has supported me in every part of my journey, from training and physiotherapy to nutrition and medical care. Even when I picked up a knee injury, the support here helped me stay focused on my recovery and my goals. Coming from a small village with very limited training facilities, being at IIS has given me access to the kind of environment and support I had never experienced before. I am grateful to everyone here who continues to back me as I work towards competing and winning at the highest level.

IIS played a huge role in helping me return to boxing after a serious injury. The support from my coaches and physiotherapists gave me the confidence to complete my rehabilitation, make a comeback, and compete at the highest level again. IIS has also given me the right environment to grow as an athlete. From training and recovery to the support I receive every day, everything here has helped me stay focused on my goals and keep improving as a boxer.
